When you've created and reviewed your products in SQARP, you can utilize Partner Management to categorize your products to your partner's specific demands and share products to your partner.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Step 1 - Create a new partner</h2>To create a new partner, go to My Partners in the left hand menu and click on Create new partner.<ol class="LexTKB__ol1"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">Basic information Enter the name of the partner organisation, owner (SQARP user), market and currency. Upload an image of your partner's logo (not mandatory).</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">Partner information Fill in the contact details to your buyer/contact at the partner (not mandatory).</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem">Benchmarking pricelist If you've created a Benchmarking price list you can choose your price list, if not, toggle "Skip this step for now".</li><li value="4" class="LexTKB__listItem">Partner pricing Download template to set your partner prices in your chosen currency (excl. VAT). Choose which articles that should be included in your partners' price list (column "In pricelist" TRUE or FALSE). Save your changes and upload pricelist. Note - if you haven't decided the scope or prices for your partner yet, you can toggle "Skip this step for now" and move on.</li><li value="5" class="LexTKB__listItem">Set Up Custom Delivery Method In this step you set up the Custom Delivery Method for your partner. Find your partner in our library. Note - if you can't find your partner in this list, press "Can't find your partner?" and fill in the required information. If your partner is currently not in our library, toggle "Skip this step for now".</li><li value="6" class="LexTKB__listItem">You're done! Press Create Partner.</li></ol><h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Step 2 - Add products to Pricelist</h2>In this step you add the products you want to share with your partner, and set your partner prices (excl. VAT). If you already added products and partner prices from the previous step, you can go move on to the next step (Data Delivery).Adding products You can add products to your partner's price list in two ways, first navigate to the tab "Pricelist".<ol class="LexTKB__ol1"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem LexTKB__nestedListItem"><ol class="LexTKB__ol2"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">Download &amp; upload pricelist template In the pricelist view you can press "Download template" to download a template with all your products. In this template, you can set your partner prices in column C (Price-XYZ). For all products that should be active in your partner's pricelist, mark these as TRUE in column G (In pricelist). Save the pricelist and upload it by pressing "Upload pricelist" next to the Download template-button. You're done! You can now see the added products with their respective partner prices in the UI.</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">Add products manually A quick way to add fewer products is to simply press "Add products". In the window that opens you can search for keywords, article numbers or virtual references. If you want to add a specific set of article numbers, choose "Article numbers" to the left of the search bar, toggle "Exact match article numbers" and simply copy and paste your array of article numbers. Add your chosen products to selection, and click "Add products". The products are now added to the pricelist! You can set partner prices manually in the UI, or download the pricelist template (see step A.) to add several prices in bulk.</li></ol></li></ol><h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Step 3 - Data Delivery</h2>

You can review and edit your products directly in SQARP. Go to Products in the side menu, and go to a product page. You can see the product pages in preview-mode (click on the eye symbol), or in edit-mode (click on the pen symbol).<img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/25bc540b-dea4-43f6-8c17-ca56a2f6dbc1" alt="" class="lexical-inline-image position-full" style="z-index: 20;">When in edit-mode, you can add and change information to your products.<h3 class="LexTKB__h3"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/2b3f30a1-460d-495d-a21a-b1849eba8e7d" alt="" class="lexical-inline-image position-full" style="z-index: 20;"></h3><h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Virtual</h2>Highest up on the product page you can open a modal to edit the information common for all products (variants) that are located on this virtual (product page). Click Edit section to change:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">Virtual reference</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">Product type (Part of the title)</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem">Virtual name (Part of the title)</li></ul><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/3a0f7051-6789-404d-8a53-af50b72f4754" alt="" class="lexical-inline-image position-full" style="z-index: 20;"><h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Variant</h2>Under you can edit the Variant Data (data connected to each product. To toggle between different variants, click on Change variant. Click Edit section to change:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">Article number</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">Product class</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem">Identifiers (EAN, etc)</li></ul><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/3377334c-17e9-47dd-bdaa-f01033c9b4be" alt="" class="lexical-inline-image position-full" style="z-index: 20;"><h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Content</h2>Update or change order on your images, documents or videos by clicking Edit section. You can upload content on the variant (product) or virtual (product page). If content is located on the virtual, it will be shown for all variants. The basic template contains content on the variant.<img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/c6622707-e352-47cf-9953-483d4344bc1f" alt="" class="lexical-inline-image position-full" style="z-index: 20;"><h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr">Description</h3>Update or change order on your descriptions by clicking Edit section.You can upload descriptions on the variant (product) or virtual (product page). If descriptions is located on the virtual, it will be shown for all variants. The Bulk Editing Basic Template contains descriptions on the variant.<img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/06ffef9d-ad99-49a6-ba03-5e09b31a8f69" alt="" class="lexical-inline-image position-full" style="z-index: 20;"><h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr">Product Relations</h3>Add or remove your product relations by clicking Edit section. Accessories and Spare Parts are available in the Bulk Editing Basic Template. Here you can also add Addons, Components and Replaces.<img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/410ca194-d128-4497-b3c9-96dcee14409b" alt="" class="lexical-inline-image position-full" style="z-index: 20;"><h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr">Inspirationals</h3>Add or remove your products connection to a Brand / Model / Series / USP by clicking Edit section. A product can be connected to several Models / Series / USPs but only one (1) Brand.<img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/b6a02b5a-b24f-4b8b-bce8-d49131b1900a" alt="" class="lexical-inline-image position-full" style="z-index: 20;"><h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr">Attributes</h3>Add or remove product attributes (unverified attributes) by clicking Edit section.
