FAQ: How do I add and edit product relations?

There are four types of product relations; addons, accessories, spare parts and components.

You can add and edit all four relation types directly in the SQARP Platform and in the Advanced Bulk Editing Template.

SQARP Platform

  1. Go to 'products' in the left side menu
  2. Search or choose the product you want to edit
  3. Go to the ‘product relations’ tab on the product page
  4. Click on ‘edit section’ for the right relation type you want to edit
  5. Search for the product you want to add and click on the ‘+’
  6. Click on ‘save section’

 Basic Bulk Editing Template

You can add and edit accessories and spare parts in the Basic Bulk Editing Template. See video below for details:

Advanced Bulk Editing Template

  1. Go to ‘Bulk editing' in the left side menu
  2. Choose the 'Advanced' header
  3. Choose 'Product Relations'. Choose what articles you want to include and download template.
  4. Upload your template (same location you downloaded the template).
