FAQ: How do I add and edit product videos?

You can add and edit product videos directly in the SQARP platform or in the Bulk Editing Templates.

SQARP Platform

  1. Go to 'products' in the left side menu
  2. Search or choose the product you want to edit
  3. Choose if you want to edit variant or virtual video
  4. Click on ‘edit section’ if you already have a video
  5. Add the video url and click on the ‘plus’
  6. Add a video type and language from the dropdown lists
  7. Click on the trash bin on the video preview if you wish to remove it
  8. Click on ‘save section’

Tip! You can sort your videos by drag and drop.

Bulk Editing Basic Template

If you have space for one (1) video in your template, and want to add another video on a product, do the following

  1. In the Bulk Edit Basic Template go to “Product Videos”.
  2. Add 3 new columns to the right of “video_language_codes_1”.
  3. In the 3 new columns, write on row 4 “video_url_2”, “video_type_2” and “video_language_codes_2”
  4. Add the video information

Advanced Editing Template

Adding videos in the 'Product Media' template works the same as in 'Bulk Editing Basic Template'.
