FAQ: How do I edit images?

You can edit images directly in the SQARP platform or in the Bulk Editing Templates.

SQARP Platform

  1. Go to 'products' in the left side menu
  2. Search or choose the product you want to edit
  3. Choose if you want to edit variant or virtual image
  4. Click on ‘edit section’ if you already have an image
  5. Add an image url and click on ‘Add URL’ or add an image from your desktop
  6. Click on the trash bin on the image preview if you wish to remove it
  7. Click on ‘save section’

Tip! You can sort your images by drag and dropping.

Basic Bulk Editing Template

In Bulk Editing Basic the image that is located under ‘image_url_1’ will be shown first, followed by ‘image_url_2’ etc. To change the order of your images in Bulk Editing Basic Template, reorder the image links and upload it.

When on the product page in SQARP, you can click on “Edit section” under the images to drag-and-drop the images to the position you want.

Advanced Bulk Editing

  1. Go to ‘Bulk editing' in the left side menu
  2. Choose the 'Advanced' header
  3. Choose 'Media & Descriptions', 'Product Media'. Choose what articles you want to include and download template.
  4. Upload your template (same location you downloaded the template).
