FAQ: How do I edit my products?

You can edit your products directly in the SQARP platform, or through the Bulk Editing Templates.

SQARP platform

  1. Go to 'products' in the left side menu
  2. Search or choose the product you want to edit
  3. Edit the part you wish to change and do not forget to save the section

Bulk Editing Basic Template

You can edit many of your products at once by using the Bulk Editing Basic Template.

  1. Go to ‘Bulk editing' in the left side menu
  2. Fill out Basic Product Management-window and click on 'Download template'. For example:
    • Select products to include: ALL
    • Select inspirationals to include: ALL
    • Select Language: [your chosen language]
    • Select Market: [your chosen market]
  3. Your template now contains all products you have in SQARP. Add new products on new rows.
    • Only the products you keep in the template and upload will be affected.
  4. Upload your template (same location you downloaded the template).

Advanced Bulk Editing Template(s)

If you want to isolate a specific set of data, e.g images, descriptions, attributes or product relations, you can edit your products by using the Advanced Bulk Editing Templates.

  1. Go to ‘Bulk editing' in the left side menu
  2. Choose the 'Advanced' header
  3. Choose what type of data set you want to edit, and download your template
  4. Upload your template (same location you downloaded the template).
